Job Description
Roles and Requirements:
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
– Assist with systems upgrades and migrations.
– Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
– Provide technical support to users in person and remotely.
– Document and track support requests and resolutions.
– Collaborate with IT team to improve support processes.
– Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
– Ensure compliance with IT policies.
– 1 year experience required.
Location: SMCHS, Shahrefaisal
Timings: 5:00 pm to 2:00 am
