Job Description
This position involves monitoring and evaluating the performance of customer service representatives to ensure adherence to company standards and compliance requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly listening to and reviewing customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) to assess service quality.
- Feedback and Coaching: Providing constructive feedback and coaching to customer service representatives to improve performance.
- Reporting: Compiling and analyzing quality reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs.
- Compliance: Ensuring all interactions comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with the operations team to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality.
- Training: Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs focused on quality standards and best practices.
