Job Description
Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, conducting pre-sales meetings and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Project Documentation: Utilize tools like Jira or Trello for project documentation.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project management processes for optimization.
Requirements
- Full-time On-Site (Night Shift)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
