Job Description
LDP Logistics is currently seeking fresh and experienced professionals to fill the position of IT Support Assistant who is self-motivated and looking forward to stepping up in their career within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Configure and maintain computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Keep IT systems up-to-date and monitor system efficiency.
- Play a crucial role in ongoing IT projects and system upgrades.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on IT system use.
- Manage IT vendors and service providers for cost-effective IT solutions.
