Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for our Karachi office at JS Bank. This permanent position will report to the Lead – HRBP and serve as a strategic partner to the internal stakeholders of the Bank.
The key responsibilities include collaborating with businesses to align HR strategies with objectives, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development, acting as a point of contact for employees, resolving conflicts, and implementing HR policies and programs.
Qualifications required are a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 3-4 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, and proficiency in HR data analysis.
