Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for execution.
- Communicate project objectives, progress, and updates regularly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, managing budgets and expenses.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; PMP preferred.
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager in software development.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project or JIRA.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in collaborative settings.
