Overview of position:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) assures maximum satisfaction of our internal and external customers by managing their expectations.
Key areas of responsibility:
Customer acquisition and retention, operational tasks, customer relations, and administrative functions.
Conditions of employment:
Customer service-oriented attitude, college degree, fluency in local language and English, professional appearance, effective communication skills, legal requirements met, proficient in MS Office, sales experience desirable, willingness to travel.
