Job Description:
- Perform live monitoring and provide trend data
- Participate in QA meetings and training
- Conduct call and chat evaluations
- Give feedback to agents and team lead
- Provide training sessions
- Analyze quality reports
- Achieve daily and monthly KPIs
- Train new agents
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Care experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
