Timings: 5PM – 2AM
Job Description: We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to connect with our customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Navigate CRM software proficiently
- Identify needs, research issues, provide solutions, and upsell when applicable
- Build relationships, work as a team player
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Neutral or American accent
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Customer-focused and adaptable
