Job Description
THE ROLE:
- Supervise production teams and achieve production targets for each section.
- Ensure production output meets quality standards set by the development team.
- Report accurately against KPIs, communicate with management on production and quality issues.
- Collaborate with Production Manager to ensure resources availability for upcoming targets.
RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:
- Chemical/Polymer/Industrial Engineer or MBA with Management and Analytical skills.
- 10-12 years’ experience in Textile or Footwear industry.
- Proficient in production management & quality standards.
