Job Description
Grace Fabrics International is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Finishing Head for our textile operations. This key leadership role demands a thorough understanding of textile finishing processes and a proven track record in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all finishing operations, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency.
- Develop and implement finishing schedules and processes to meet production goals.
- Ensure the highest quality of fabric finish is maintained, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
- Lead and supervise the finishing team, providing training and support as needed.
- Maintain and improve finishing machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the finishing process.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textiles or a related field.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in textile finishing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of textile finishing processes and machinery.
Quality Focus: Strong commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of fabric finish.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Communication: Effective communication skills for collaboration with various departments.
