Job Description
Job Purpose:
- This role involves activities pertaining to: Budget management to contribute towards CMPak profitability. End to end OAS Procurement Stakeholder management Data analysis on financial & non-financial statistical data in order to rationalize, optimize and assure financially viable (economic) operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing, analyzing and managing OAS OPEX budget for nationwide operations and regions.
- Effective CAPEX planning and PMO.
- Responsible for departmental target settings including OKRs: coordination with Finance & strategy, negotiation, evaluation and reporting results.
- Preparation and dissemination of monthly regional BUR models.
- Preparation of departmental performance review PPTs on each quarter end and annual basis for respected CEO meeting.
- Providing T&A insights to HOD to effectively regulate, deliberate and rationalize business travels.
- Quarterly business plan preparation under the direction of HOD, and liaising regional heads with the financial & operational decisions taken by Management.
- Managing end to end OAS procurement while ensuring compliance with project terms/ business plans and supporting teams in bidding PR, pre and post funds adjustment as per actual result of procurement bid.
- Quarterly business plan breakdown at PR and PO level to track PO issuance status and highlighting pending activities.
- Ensuring effective blanket purchase agreement usage through internal transfer as per need & cancellation of utilized PO’s.
- Review and approval of nationwide purchase requisitions (OPEX/CAPEX) while ensuring correct tax treatment, account code and region wise plus location wise booking.
- Ensure all consumables are procured through inventory code and delivered in warehouses.
- Monthly reconciliation of inventory and booking adjustment entries with help of GL.
- Reconciliation of monthly rental amortization from finance property module w.r.t OAS rental schedule.
- End to end responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial Closing & supporting finance in submission of monthly reports.
- End to end management of departmental cost efficiency KPIs.
- Managing monthly schedule to ensure that cost drivers are within budget limits and are charged correctly.
- Support role in NWD assets disposal cases.
- Business case analysis, rationalization & Project value negotiations for critical projects.
- Carry out analysis to enhance visibility for preventive & corrective actions such as nationwide and region wise budget variance analysis.
- Record keeping of all the relevant information for the purpose of future reference.
- Supporting manager for any ad hoc reporting or additional task as and when required Contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed & support team as & when required.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- ACCA, CMA, CA , Masters in Accounting & Finance or MBA Finance would be preferred degrees
Work Experience:
- 2 years with corporate managing Opex for any function.
