Job Description

The candidate will be responsible to assist Senior Program Manager in project implementation and accomplishing project objectives. S/he must be flexible for traveling as and when required.  

Responsibilities

1.     Able to write research grants and full study protocols.

2.     Acquaint with ethical review processes and can prepare and submit the required documentation for seeking ethical approvals.

3.     Ability to formulate standard operating procedures and implementation plans for the projects.

4.     Monitor key project deliverables, data collection, and quality assurance as per project requirements.

5.     Managing and maintaining project procurement, supplies, and inventory.

6.     Preparation and presentations of project-related data/reports for both external and internal meetings and scientific conferences.

7.     Maintaining punctuality and complying with all the organization’s policies i.e. HR, Procurement, Admin and etc.

8.     Conduct project review meetings with the project team on a periodic basis to identify issues and explore solutions to address them.

9.     Overseeing all the project activities, following and ensuring compliance with the ethical and standard practices in routine work.

10.  Establish relationships with key stakeholders and partners relevant to the project.

11.  Competent in the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.

12.  Must have good writing skills to draft project reports and manuscripts.

Comfortable traveling to field sites across Pakistan.

Qualifications

MPH, MSc HPM, MSc Epidemiology or Biostats 

2-3 years of research experience
