IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Facilitate towards business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers, ensuring network rehabilitation along with organizing and controlling daily, weekly, and monthly targets by utilizing resources (human, tools, and equipment), for best customer experience.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Ensuring that Sales, Services KPIs and revenue targets of assigned territory are achieved.
- Monitor Timely rectification of Customer issue.
- Identification of potential dry pockets to increase revenue stream. Assist in planning of network optimization, expansion, and rehabilitation.
- Field Visits. (for quality check, Rehab works and sales). Coordination with stakeholders to ensure seamless services to customers.
- Enhance network in potential/dry areas to capture new business and ensure rehabilitation of faulty network.
- Ensure end-to-end process of providing new high-quality installations of connections to customers in smooth and trouble-free manner.
- Field Visits. (for quality check, Rehab works and sales). Coordination with stakeholders to ensure seamless services to customers.
- Handling of PAT of FDH,MSAG exchanges etc
- Creation and process of all kind of SAP activities
- 6. Coordination and MoU etc with Civic agencies.
- Improve ARPU with achievement of all Gross sale targets with good QoI.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
- Bachelors in Telecom, Electrical Engineering from recognized university.
- MBA
Competencies:
- Having sound business acumen, numbers, sales forecasting & churn.
- Understanding of telecom networks, preferably fiber network Communication skills, Public administration, Project Management.
