Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual for the position of Senior Manager – Software Engineering at VentureDive. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of software engineers in developing innovative software solutions that meet our company’s needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design, code, test, and deploy software applications
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance software development efficiency and productivity
- Stay updated with technology trends and advancements in the software engineering field to drive innovation within the team
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
- Strong technical skills in software development, including expertise in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
