Job Description

Hiring for client firm based in Karachi.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Specialist (NBFC) at Kamayi located in Karachi Division. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting compliance reviews and audits, and providing guidance and training to staff on compliance issues. The Compliance Specialist will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles, preferably in the non-banking financial sector
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Professional certifications in compliance or related areas are a plus
