Job Summary

Lead a multidisciplinary team including product managers, project managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders. Your focus will be on driving innovation for the Easypaisa Online Payment Gateway and API Gateway platforms, utilizing agile methodologies to enhance Merchant acquisition and user engagement. This role involves leading product ideation, design, and launch, managing existing platforms for competitiveness and alignment with strategic goals, analyzing performance metrics for optimization, collaborating with stakeholders for requirements gathering and delivery, and promoting agile practices for innovation and excellence. We seek candidates with a strong product management background, expertise in digital payments and API platforms, proficiency in performance analysis, and a proven track record of successful product delivery in dynamic environments. Responsibilities

• Gain profound insights into customer needs, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to expand market share, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster growth. Empower team members to excel in achieving these objectives.
• Identify areas for improvement through rigorous research and analysis, develop effective solutions, and equip team members to implement these improvements efficiently.
• Develop and oversee the execution of the Digital Payments product strategy, ensuring consistent growth of customers and business.
• Conduct comprehensive research for product solutions, including internal analytics, consumer and competitive analysis, and present actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with merchants and internal stakeholders to optimize operations, overseeing execution through the team.
• Create and oversee detailed documentation, including complex scenario mapping based on qualitative and quantitative research, to guide product development.
• Track and document functional specification changes comprehensively, facilitating development teams and training processes.
• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement, across digital payment use cases such as the Online Payment Gateway and API Gateway.
• Define and oversee acceptance criteria and critical metrics for product success, continuously monitoring performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile product development cycles, including Solution Architects, Designers, Developers, and Quality Assurance, to ensure timely iterative delivery.
• Lead product launches in coordination with PR/marketing teams, executives, and relevant stakeholders. Evaluate promotional plans for alignment with product strategy and effective message conveyance.

• Establish a culture of risk and compliance management, implementing performance measures tied to individual responsibilities for risk and compliance.

Education and Experience

Master (Computer Science preferred)

More than 5 years of work experience

Competencies

Solid demonstrable digital payment product management,

Project management, product development experience in Financial Services /banking sector.

App based product experience will be added advantage.
