We are hiring for the position of “Data Scientist”

As a Data Scientist, your role revolves around extracting actionable insights and value from large and complex datasets. Here’s a detailed job description:

Responsibilities:

Problem Identification: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business problems or opportunities that can be addressed through data analysis and machine learning.

Data Collection and Cleaning: Acquire, collect, and clean large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources, ensuring its quality and reliability for analysis.

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Perform comprehensive EDA to understand data distributions, identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies, and gain insights into underlying relationships.

Feature Engineering: Develop relevant features from raw data that can improve model performance and robustness, utilizing domain knowledge and statistical techniques.

Machine Learning Model Development: Select appropriate machine learning algorithms and techniques based on the problem domain and data characteristics, build predictive or descriptive models, and optimize them for performance.

Model Evaluation and Validation: Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and validation techniques, ensuring generalization and avoiding overfitting.

Predictive Analytics and Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast trends, behavior, or outcomes, leveraging time-series analysis, regression, classification, or clustering techniques.
