Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at Master Contact Centre located in Rawalpindi. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service, monitoring performance and productivity, conducting team meetings and trainings, and resolving escalated customer issues. The Team Lead will also collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service or call center industry
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor is a plus
