Job Description
To assist Manager/ head of Department to discharge his duties effectively.
- Understand & assign duties /tasks to maintenance staff.
- Ensure & Direct daily reactive/ preventive maintenance tasks to technical team.
- Ensure Implementation of preventative maintenance of all equipments/assets.
- Monitor/supervise/control the operation of DG Sets.
- Monitor/supervise/control the operation of all electric panels.
- Raise demand to Store as per requirement, ensure the quality of spares and maintain the record
- Control/ensure reduction of stores consumption of department in budget limit.
- Monitor, record and ensure judicial diesel/ lubricants consumption.
- Ensure judicial utility of stores/ items for smooth functioning of machinery under control
- Coordinate with General stores/ SC dept for timely availability of required stores.
- Provision & arrangements of required tools/equipment, safety tools & training to all staff/trades
- Ensure work progress & quality as per issued work order for any maintenance work.
- Close monitoring/supervision of all AC plan units, Electrical equipments and ensure their maximum performance/ extend service life.
- Prepare & provide progress report of all staff on monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with other departments for daily business.
Perform all departmental tasks assigned by the Manager / Head of Department.
