Job Description
Source Code is hiring Talent Acquisition Executives:
Key Responsibilities:
· Source candidates via online job portals, social media, and networking.
· Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.
· Maintain candidate records and ensure a positive experience.
· Prepare offer letters and facilitate onboarding.
· Conduct orientations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of recruitment experience in an IT company is mandatory.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Proficient in HCM software.
Shifts Schedule:
· Mon-Fri (Sat alternate)
· Night: 9:00 pm – 6:00 am
Location: PECHS, Block 3, Karachi.
Job Type: Full-time, In-house.
