Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Administration at Arwen Tech, located in Islamabad. The Senior Executive Administration will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks, managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining confidential records. They will also assist in managing human resources, assets, and finance related activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience in administrative or executive support role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of HR and financial management principles
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
