Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global MEAL Officer located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Global MEAL Officer will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities of projects across multiple countries. This includes designing and implementing MEAL frameworks, conducting data collection and analysis, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The Global MEAL Officer will also collaborate with partners and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning in international development projects
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Knowledge of MEAL frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Experience in designing and conducting evaluations and assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse team
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
• Proficiency in other languages, especially Urdu, is a plus
• Master’s degree in relevant field (e.g. International Development, Social Sciences, Statistics)
