Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fabric Procurement Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring fabrics for our production processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with reliable fabric suppliers
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and fabric availability
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine fabric requirements and specifications
- Monitor fabric orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage fabric quality control processes to maintain product standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fabric procurement or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
- Excellent knowledge of fabric types, qualities, and production processes
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
