Job Description
ABS International is presently in search of a skilled Assistant Trainer to lead our training initiatives, manage their execution, and assess their impact. This crucial position involves identifying training requirements, developing tailored programs, and promoting employee involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing training initiatives and propose improvements to increase participation, improve learning outcomes, and enhance retention rates.
- Guarantee the relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness of training materials and programs.
- Stay abreast of emerging training methodologies and industry standards, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Identify training opportunities to address operational changes or industry advancements.
- Conduct pertinent training sessions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Proficiency in various training methods, encompassing traditional and modern approaches such as mentoring, coaching, e-learning, and workshops.
