Responsibilities:
Being Sales Agent your will be held responsible for the following tasks:
- Immediately response to calls,provide the accurate information to clients.
- Hook up with client to make up client to come for meeting at office or his place.
- Conduct Site visits to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads, set up meetings, and present products/services to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Experience:
- 2 Years Experience in Real Estates (Horizontal Project selling experience will be an Add On)
