Responsibilities:

Being Sales Agent your will be held responsible for the following tasks:

• Immediately response to calls,provide the accurate information to clients.
• Hook up with client to make up client to come for meeting at office or his place.
• Conduct Site visits to clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Generate leads, set up meetings, and present products/services to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Experience:

• 2 Years Experience in Real Estates (Horizontal Project selling experience will be an Add On)
