Job Description

Rolustech is looking for a Product Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit requirements.
• Analyze and document complex business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and other documentation to articulate business needs and solution requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to design and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments to evaluate proposed solutions and changes.
• Facilitate communication and manage expectations between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and innovation.
• Generate flow diagrams, Epics/user stories, and test cases to provide development teams with a project backlog of small incremental work items
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
• Gather feedback through demos to internal teams [Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing] to refine the solution

Expertise you will bring to the role:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in requirements-gathering techniques, business process modeling, and documentation.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, with knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
• Experience working in Zendesk, Asana & Figma
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.

• Experience required: 3-6 years
• Education Required: BSCS, BSIT or any relevant degree title.
