Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager located in Punjab, Pakistan. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing staff, developing business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting financial targets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and promoting the bank’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the banking industry
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
- Ability to analyze financial data and make sound decisions
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role is preferred
