Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resource

Employment Type: Full – Time

What you’ll do:

– Help to develop HR operations SOPs.

– Create all documentation for HR Operations.

– Help manage day to day tasks.

– Assisting in the planning of company events and marketing them on social media.

– Coordinating new hire orientations.

– Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

– Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts – Screen resumes and application forms

– Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

– Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks

– Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)

– Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies

– Participate in organizing company events and careers days.

What we’re looking for:

– Experience with MS Office.

– Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.

– Fresh graduate with BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or a similar field degree.

– Prior Internship experience is a plus.
