Job Description
We are looking for experienced Quality Controller with strong knowledge and practical experience of working with the Quality department in Karachi, & Punjab province in Pakistan respectively.

About the role
You will join a growing team within our Pakistan function, as part of the Quality team. In cooperation with our global sourcing teams, we are responsible for developing and implementing BESTSELLER’s policies and standards as well as achieving our sustainability targets throughout the supply chain.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Company’s quality control requirements get followed properly.
- The inspection task can be completed in time.
- Less quality claim rate.
- Good feedback from Denmark brands and BESTSELLER merchandisers.
- Follow BESTSELLER quality requirements & AQL to conduct inspection.
- Production line audit.
- Follow up brand comments during inspection.
- Detect and report quality problems timely.
- Share the technical knowledges with manufacturers.
- Arrange Quality meetings with manufacturers’ QCs when necessary.
- Feedback QC findings to company.
- Conduct Supplier /Manufacturer QC and line inspector training.
- Evaluate supplier’s quality performance.
- Follow BESTSELLER AQL standard to conduct random inspection, detect and report quality problems, share the technical knowledge with manufacture.
- Maintain clear quality control SOP from related suppliers ensure improvement continuity.
- Training on BESTSELLER suppliers on QC and AQC.
- Acting as a good team player and colleague according to BESTSELLER’s founding principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Apparel, Buying House, Garment textile & Computer skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Have proactiveness and positive attitude
- Candidates must also be able to work as part of a team, open-minded, energetic individuals who can contribute to a passionate team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Your profile
You are a Quality Controller and have a strong technical understanding and background in Supplier/ factories corrective action. You will have strong attention to detail and are good at robust follow up and trainer capabilities. You translate complex knowledge and information so that it becomes comprehensible and relevant to a variety of stakeholders from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
