We’re seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you’ll play a pivotal role in unlocking the power of data to drive smarter marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and propel our business forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Become a Competitive Intelligence Expert: You’ll dive deep into competitor analysis, uncovering their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses to inform our own marketing initiatives and keep us ahead of the curve.
• Feasibility Mastermind: Partnering with Marketing and Operations, you’ll assess the viability of new outlets, ensuring we expand into the right markets with the right products.
• Sales Performance Analyst: You’ll have a keen eye for sales trends, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and maximize our sales potential.
• Product Mix Guru: By analyzing customer data and product mix trends, you’ll recommend data-driven strategies to optimize our product offerings and cater directly to customer needs.
• Uncover Customer Secrets: You’ll be our resident customer behavior sleuth, uncovering hidden insights and trends that will help us better understand and engage our target audience.
• Sales & Operations Partner: Providing data-driven insights and analysis, you’ll collaborate with the Sales & Operations teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
• Campaign Optimization Champion: You’ll dive deep into campaign data, analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for A/B testing and optimization to maximize ROI.
• KPI Reporting Rockstar: Developing and generating clear, concise marketing KPI reports, you’ll keep stakeholders informed on the impact and effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar data-driven role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
