Job Description
Source code is hiring Digital Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, content creators, and marketers to deliver digital projects effectively.
- Communicate project objectives, requirements, and timelines clearly to team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with Project manager to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
- Assist in the development of project plans, including task lists and milestones.
- Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and track action items to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital project coordination or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and digital project management methodologies is a plus.
Location: PECHS, Block 3, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time, In-house.
Positions vacant: 1 in morning 10:00 am – 7:00 pm & 1 in evening 6:00 pm – 3:00 am
