Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with admissions. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. They will use interpersonal skills to connect with these families, provide information about the school, and help them through the admission process. Customer service skills will be essential in ensuring a smooth admission process for everyone involved.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Admissions expertise, including knowledge of different admission processes and policies.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to articulate complex information in a concise manner.
- Customer Service skills, including the ability to offer support and guidance to prospective students and their families throughout the admission process.
- Education background, with a degree in Education, Business, or related field.
- Ability to manage social media accounts.
- Ability to work independently and on a team to achieve common goals.
- Experience working in admissions and recruitment, particularly in an educational setting is a plus.
