Job timings: 6PM to 3AM.
Job Description:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
- Communicate project updates and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
- Conduct outbound calls to gather feedback.
- Assist with onboarding and training.
- Improve communication processes.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
