Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our Induction Team. You will ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires.
- Ensure accurate documentation completion.
- Prepare onboarding materials and maintain records.
- Ensure policy compliance and assist new employees.
- Work with recruitment for a seamless transition.
- Assist in HR functions and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR.
- 2+ years HR experience, onboarding focus preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and professionally.
