Job Purpose:
- Establish, maintain, and develop the company’s presence in the SME corporate sector to generate new business and retain existing clients by providing exclusive customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Identifying competitive edge and developing customized solutions
- Managing the Team of BDOs
- Bringing revenue-generating customers onboard
New Business Development
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Driving new growth venues through the existing client base
Revenue:
- Revenue assurance as per targets
- Enhancing existing clientage revenue
Customer Retention/Churn:
- Track SME corporate activations/disconnections
- Formulate tactics for customer retention
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- 4-5 Years of Relevant Experience
- Skills in Communication, Sales, and Business Development
