Job Description
- Coordinate and assist with relevant stakeholders for visa documentation, processing visa applications, and other travel documentation.
- Confirm availability and share tentative itinerary with travelers for approval.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for all employees.
- Act as a resource for travel-related issues, assisting employees with concerns.
- Manage incoming travel requests for the organization.
- Research, negotiate, and book reservations with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels.
- Ensure safe and efficient travel operations following organizational policies.
