Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role with Neon Group of Companies located in Karachi for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. The Business Development Specialist will also be responsible for generating leads and delivering results.
Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Market Research skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in Business Development or Sales role is a plus
