Job Description
Seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our client in Lahore.
Main Responsibilities:
- Align with company strategy to identify new clients and expand business.
- Ensure profitable contracts and business developments.
- Monitor competitors and implement necessary improvements.
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting sales goals.
- Stay informed on market trends and changes.
- Develop strategic plans to meet sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and manage receivables.
- Ensure positive client experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams.
- Utilize networking to generate new business leads.
- Report on sales performance and budget monthly.
Requirements:
- 5-12 years of ERP sales experience.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo, SAP B1, and Microsoft Business Central.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
