Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, etc.
- Provide product/service info and address queries.
- Manage sales interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team for strategy.
- Meet/exceed sales targets.
- Improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to marketing/product teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
