Job Description
Allure Outsource (www.allureoutsource.com) is a US-based IT firm with a branch office in Islamabad. We are currently seeking Customer Support Specialists for various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Identify and address customer needs.
- Build relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Provide accurate information and solutions.
- Handle complaints and follow up for resolution.
- Record interactions, process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
- Engage customers proactively.
Qualifications:
- Prior customer support experience.
- Strong phone handling and listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to commute to Phase-4, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
