Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring engineers attending and resolving daily software and hardware complaints for ATM, G&D, UPS.
- Aligning resources for the installation of new ATMs and UPS.
- Submission of all documents, engineering reports, and KPIs to concerned authorities.
- Maintaining records of engineers’ performance.
- Identifying and rectifying daily complaints on assigned engineer’s territory.
- Monitoring parts utilization.
- Accomplishing 100% preventive maintenance for UPS, ATM, G&D.
Qualifications:
- BBM/MBA/MS degree
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience
Desired Competencies:
- Experience in operations preferred
- Leadership and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to make sound decisions based on analysis
- Knack for solving complex problems efficiently
- Effective prioritization and allocation of time and resources
- Skill in assembling, developing, and leading a high-performing team
- Capability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead through transitions
