Role Description
Full-time on-site role for Business Development Executive at Brown Stone Marketing Pvt. Ltd (Parent company of Makkaan) in Blue Area, Islamabad. Responsibilities include new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.
Qualification
Freshers or experienced individuals in business development are invited to apply. Demonstrated skills in networking and relationship building are valued.
Responsibilities
Identify clients, create sales plans, build key relationships, conduct market research, collaborate, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and track sales metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate, proven sales experience, real estate industry knowledge, strong communication skills, goal-oriented, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
