Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a B2C Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting patient leads to scheduling appointments.
- Managing and responding to comments and messages on social media.
- Converting social media interactions into appointments.
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients.
- Maintaining and updating patient information using Google Sheets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or healthcare.
- Proficiency with social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets for data management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
