Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Medicare Agent at Ibtidah Technologies in Rawalpindi. Responsibilities include assisting clients with Medicare enrollment, explaining coverage options, answering questions, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain complex information clearly
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in English
- Previous insurance industry experience (a plus)
