Job Description
Experience Required
Overall Experience in QA field: 9-10 years
As QA Manager: 5 years
The QA Manager at Innovative Saudia will oversee quality assurance processes for all products. Responsibilities include manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality standards. Manage QA team, address quality issues, and collaborate across departments.
Role:
- Acquire knowledge of projects, guide operational needs, and action plans.
- Inspire QA team, improve QA Scores, and provide training & documentation.
- Complete corrective & preventive measures, report QA, Training & Processes.
- Interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and experience in web APIs & Mobile testing.
- Manage backend testing automation, non-functional testing, and entire product testing.
- Develop test plans, work with developers, and stay updated on testing tools.
- Proficient in project management, QA methodology, documentation, and error troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and strong organizational skills.
