Job Description
NKU Technologies is currently seeking a proactive HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain practical experience in various HR aspects such as talent acquisition, social media engagement, policies development, and organizational growth. This is a 3-month contractual role with the potential for permanent employment.
Responsibilities of HR Intern:
- Updating company databases with new employee information.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting initial interviews with potential candidates.
- Posting job ads on various platforms.
- Assisting HR staff in preparing job offer letters and NDAs.
- Sending offer and rejection letters to applicants.
- Addressing employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
- Proficient in resume screening and headhunting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
