Job Description
Job Description:
- Assist in preparing financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and post journal entries.
- Update project cost sheets and incorporate changes in financial statements.
- Prepare income statements and balance sheets in line with financial guidelines.
- Analyze financial reports using Power BI.
- Support management in budget preparation and transactions recording.
- Provide backup for accounts receivable and payable departments.
- Implement financial policies to enhance efficiency.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Quickbooks.
- Experience with tax software like TaxCycle and Jonas.
