Job Description
CHI Technology is a Software Development Company based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. We are seeking an energetic individual for the role of Customer Support Representative. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and maintaining satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer support within the Tech Industry
- Technical background
- Strong communication and satisfaction skills
- Experience in troubleshooting and customer service
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and proficiency in relevant applications
- Healthcare industry background is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Initially, onsite training is required for a month, followed by a shift to remote work.
