Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Executive with expertise in working with Decibel HRMS. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills and a thorough understanding of payroll processes and HRMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for all employees using Decibel HRMS.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within the Decibel HRMS system.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Handle payroll inquiries and provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll issues.
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and payroll funding.
• Stay updated on current payroll practices and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Generate and distribute payroll-related reports and summaries for management review.
• Collaborate with HR and IT departments to optimize the use of Decibel HRMS for payroll processing and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Decibel HRMS is mandatory.
